These terms apply when you use www.globaldcwiki.com (“the site”). By creating an account or using the site you agree to them.

Your account

You need an account for most of the register. Keep your sign-in secure; you’re responsible for activity on your account. One person per account: don’t share it.

Plans and billing

• The Free plan has daily limits shown on the Plans page. Paid plans (Pro and Business) are billed monthly in US dollars through Stripe and renew automatically.
• You can cancel at any time from Plan and billing. You keep your plan until the end of the period you’ve paid for. We don’t refund part-used months unless the law requires it.
• Upgrades take effect straight away and are charged the prorated difference.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email; the change applies from your next renewal.

Using the data

• You may use what you see for your own research and work, and quote small extracts with credit to Global DC Wiki.
• You may not scrape, bulk-download, copy or resell the register, use automated tools to collect it, or work around the daily allowances. Accounts that do this may be paused or closed without refund.
• Don’t submit edits you know to be false or that breach someone else’s confidentiality.

Accuracy

The register is compiled from public sources, contributions and automated checks. We work to keep it accurate, but it may contain errors or be out of date. It’s provided “as is”, for information only, and isn’t investment, legal or engineering advice. Check important facts with the operator or primary sources.

Ask AI

Ask AI answers are generated automatically from the register and web sources and can be wrong. Don’t rely on them without checking.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made using the site. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Suspension and closure

We may pause or close accounts that break these terms. You can close your account at any time by emailing us.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will show the date above; material changes will be emailed to paid subscribers. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
